Kitchen Curtains

I found this fabric and fell in love with it! It was a remnant piece, just under a yard, so I only paid $4 for it. I added a cheap cream sheet around the edges and now I have fabulous kitchen curtains!

Crocheted Scarf

My Great Grandma taught me to crochet when I was a kid. I was never any good at more than one row. Recently I decided that I wanted to relearn. So, I went to the store, picked up some yarn and a crochet hook. I was able to remember how to do the first row, but was completely stumped on the following rows. With a quick tutorial from my Sister-in-Law I was able to complete my scarf and am ready to take on a blanket next.

Fleece Backed Baby Blankets

More Hair Bows

These bows were for my first paying customer.
I had so much fun picking ribbon out!

Art Supply Organizer

This is that same brown sheet, again.
Lots of ribbon
leftover fabric and iron on bonder
over the door hanger that wasn't being used
My own design.
Way more complicated then I though it would be to sew
but so worth it.
It turned out so cute
Andy said there's just "lots of love in it"

Christmas Pajamas

My first attempt using a pattern and making clothing!

Oversized Fleece Pillows

Couldn't leave the kitty out!

This is a completely NO-SEW project
Instead of buying fleece by the yard
I found blankets, 50x60, for $3.80 each at Walmart
I cut them to size
and used the leftover fleece for all my other projects
(lots more to come)
The batting cost about $4 per pillow
The cute letter was from scraps and iron-on bonding
Here's the original idea...
